Kingsland is a full-service property consulting firm and construction manager. In 2016 we purchased the operations of an existing 43 year old management operation. Today, our team has over 120 years of combined experience managing single-family, multi-family, historic and new construction. We are prepared to provide excellent service to residents with modest incomes as well as those who choose to live at a more premier property that may include more amenities and services.
